Shipping Information

At Orthodox Legacy, each item is made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is crafted specifically for you. Since each item is custom-produced,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL once order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time refers to production time and does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times begin after production is completed and the order has been shipped. Shipping time varies based on location. If your location is not listed, delivery times may vary. 

  • USA, Canada, and Australia: 7-12 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-30 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Double check your information before completing your order. We would hate for you to not receive your order. If your address requires a unit number, gate code, or access instructions, please include it. Economy international shipments cannot be redelivered. Delivery attempts are made by the local carrier. For addresses requiring special access (apartments, gated buildings, dorms), delivery may fail if access details are not provided.

Orthodox Legacy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages returned to sender due to address errors. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Orthodox Legacy is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for extended period, please contact us and we will assist by submitting a carrier inquiry where possible. Replacement eligibility is determined by the carrier and fulfillment partner. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will verify the defect and determine eligibility for a replacement only.
